Slow TV — which involves the marathon broadcasting of mundane events like train rides and people knitting in real time — has become so popular in Scandinavia over the past few years that Netflix decided they had to get in on the action. It’s a far cry from your favorite binge watch, but maybe not all that different from Keeping Up With the Kardashians.
